Broadmoor Residence

The Broadmoor residence started as a remodel, keeping the existing foundation, and some of the exterior walls. The stucco exterior with many details kept this new home looking like it had been in the old Broadmoor neighborhood. The interior utilized reclaimed beams with extensive painted millwork throughout. Most of the interior features were designed to keep the style of the house looking as it did in the 1950's.
