EH Construction Building Green for a Better Tomorrow
- Quality Home Construction
- E and H going “GREEN”

We take great pride in the quality and service we can provide the home owner and architects. Many of our projects have been constructed on steep slopes, sensitive sites and waterfront properties involving specialized shoring and construction techniques.
We have over twenty years of "hands on" construction experience to apply to a project. Traditional, contemporary, large or small we can make your dream a reality.
EH Construction prides themselves on the quality and diversity of the
homes that they have constructed.
They are experienced with many of the
challenges presented to them by the talented architects that they have
built homes for.
Some of these challenges have included slide, drainage and seismic issues. Home designs that utilize as much of the site as feasible and permissible, often result in challenges to bring in materials, and keep the neighbors comforted.

For a number of years E and H Construction has been developing and employing different “GREEN techniques in their home building practice. Throughout the demo phase , instead of removing the house and taking it to our landfill’s we have been working with “The Restore” company to salvage as much of the house as possible and use it for resale. Restore does the hand demo (roofing, siding, some framing material, and all interior finish material) and saves it for resale. Why take things to the landfill when other people can and will use it for their needs.
Concrete is all recycled and then reused for different parts of construction.
During construction E and H has used FSC certified lumber for some framing material. The finish phase of construction-(moldings, flooring and also the glue’s) “Green” techniques have been used.
With Hvac systems, we have been doing solar for water and power. Water from the lake has been used for cooling and heating systems of the house. These are just some of the green technology that can be used today.
We also try to recycle our waste material instead of feeding our landfills.
E and H will try to do their part in using Green materials in creating healthier building and moving us closer to a sustainable future.
